A Familiar Face in Copenhagen’s Music Scene

Ludvig “Loppe” Poll has been an active part of Copenhagen’s nightlife for over 12 years. As a DJ and promoter, he has moved seamlessly between DIY underground parties and residencies at some of the city’s larger nightclubs, gaining a deep understanding of club culture and musical diversity.

Broad Musical Experience

Ludvig has played across a wide range of genres, including garage, disco, house, techno/trance, hip hop, and R&B. This broad experience gives him a strong ability to read rooms, understand audiences, and communicate musical ideas in an approachable way.

From DJ Booth to Booking Desk

For the past six years, Ludvig has worked as a booker and promoter at the nightclub Baggen in Kødbyen. Here, he has been deeply involved in booking, talent development, and building successful club concepts. Alongside this, he continues to promote selected events through his company, Inside.

A Growing Focus on Teaching

Today, Ludvig is studying to become a teacher in Carlsbergbyen. His interest in pedagogy combined with years of real-world music industry experience makes him a strong and relatable mentor, especially for young DJs just starting their journey.

At DJ Academy, Ludvig brings a calm, kind, and patient approach to teaching. He is passionate about working with children and young people, creating safe and welcoming learning environments where curiosity, creativity, and joy in music can grow — always at the child’s own pace.
