DJ Academy Terms and Conditions
Introduction
DJ Academy, founded by Simon Hede and Rasmus Lützen, offers a range of DJ courses for beginners and advanced students. Both founders have extensive experience in the DJ and music industry.


Scope

These terms and conditions apply universally to all courses offered by DJ Academy.


Registration

Registration is conducted online via our website. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Participants can cancel their enrollment in courses and workshops up to 14 days after purchase, but no later than 30 days before the start date. Age restrictions and deadlines for specific courses and workshops will be outlined in the description.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Refunds, minus a 2% processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period for courses and workshops. For physical products, refunds will be issued, minus a 2% restocking fee, if returned within the 14-day return period.

Cancellation by Participant

  • Courses and Workshops: Participants can cancel their enrollment up to 14 days after purchase, but no later than 30 days before the start date of the course or workshop. All cancellations must be initiated via email.
  • Physical Products: Customers have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt to return the product. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Returns must be initiated via email, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation by Company

DJ Academy reserves the right to cancel courses or workshops under certain conditions. Participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund in case of cancellations by DJ Academy.


Liability
Participants are responsible for their own personal injuries and for any damage they cause to DJ Academy's equipment. DJ Academy is not responsible for damage to participants' equipment. A waiver acknowledging these liabilities must be signed.


Confidentiality
Personal data is stored and protected in compliance with GDPR regulations. We do not share this data with third parties.


Intellectual Property
All course materials are the property of DJ Academy. Participants may not distribute these materials and must seek approval for social media posts related to the course.


Complaints
Complaints should be filed via email to hello@djacademy.net. The expected response time is 14 days.


Amendments
Changes to these terms will be communicated via email. Participants have a 7-day grace period to withdraw without penalty if they disagree with the changes.


Equipment Return Policy
DJ Academy reserves the right to charge participants' credit cards for unreturned equipment.
