Refund policy

Physical Products:

• Return Period: Customers have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt to return the product.
• Condition: Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• Return Process: Returns must be initiated via email.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Courses and Workshops:

• Cancellation Period: Participants can cancel their enrollment up to 14 days after purchase, but no later than 30 days before the start date.
• Refunds: Refunds, minus a 2% processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.
• Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be initiated via email.

Cancellation by Company:

• DJ Academy reserves the right to cancel courses or workshops under certain conditions.
• Notification: Participants will be notified via email.
• Refunds: Participants will receive a full refund in case of cancellations by DJ Academy.
