The DJ Setup Demystified

We get it; DJ setups can look like the cockpit of a spaceship. But don't worry, we'll guide you through every button, knob, and fader. By the end of this course, what once seemed daunting will become second nature. 

About the Course

Our Basic DJ Course is a 6-week, all-inclusive journey into the world of DJing. Each class consists of a 3-hour session, complemented by a 30-minute break. We'll cover everything from understanding your gear to mastering the art of the mixing. 

What You'll Learn

• Gear Essentials: Familiarize yourself with the DDJ-FLX4 controller and learn how to transition those skills to professional gear.
• The Anatomy of a Track: Discover how to read song structures and identify the perfect moments for transitions & song selection. 
• Beatmatching Basics: Learn the crucial skill of syncing beats to create seamless mixes.

Course Details

• Frequency: Mondays, once a week for 6 weeks
• Time: Mondays, 5:30pm to 9:00pm
• Cost students under 30: kr. 4.999,00 for the full 6-week course
• Cost students 30+: kr. 6.248,75 for the full 6-week course (including 25% vat according to the new vat rules for music classes, remember that you can deduct up to 7.000 DKK spend on classes in your yearly taxes)
• Teaching Languages: English (if only danish students we teach in danish)
• Courses will only start up with minimum 4 participants.
